Wasatch Back

Another year of craziness out running the roads of Northern Utah. This was our second year running a total of 188 miles from Logan to Park City. After many miles of running, no sleep, stomach aches, and sore legs we managed to once again cross the finish line. We had an absolute blast!

Timpanogas Cave

Over Memorial Day weekend we went camping up to Lodgepole. As always, we had a great time up in the mountains. We hiked up to the Timpanogas cave. The hike is a total of 3 miles. A steep incline up and crazy enough a steep decline back down. The kids had a great time. Of course, Kevin was packing them most of the way, so that may be the reason they liked it. They thought the inside of the cave was awesome. It was a great weekend and we had such a relaxing time.

Iron Girl Triathlon 2010

I completed my 5th triathlon last weekend down at Lake Las Vegas Resort. The course was a lot longer so this was my hardest tri so far. If you were to ask me right now if I was done doing triathlons I would say YES! But you never know when I might get that crazy bug to do another one. Here are some pics from the race.

Silly Sleeper

Quite often, Gavin will fall asleep in strange places and positions. Here are just two examples of his silly sleeping.

He fell asleep with a handful of fruit snacks in his mouth. When I first saw him I thought it was blood. When I woke him up he sat up, ate the mouthful of candy,laid back down, and went back to sleep.

Another wonderful year has passed. We were again blessed in many ways throughout the year. Thanks to all our friends and families who love and care for us unconditionally. I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and may the new year bring you nothing but happiness.
