Cruise

Taking the kids on the cruise with us was a lot of fun. It was so funny to watch their reactions to everything. They thought everything was just so awesome and big and exciting. It is a lot more work taking young kids and I think it will be a long time before I take them again, but we still had a fabulous time.

The first two nights of the cruise as we sat down to dinner, Gavin was sleeping within 2 minutes. He had so much fun that any time he sat down for a minute he was out.

Jamaica was our first port. We went up to this beautiful property and did the zip line. We then went and climbed the Dunn River Falls. It was so amazing. I have never seen anything like it. It was gorgeous and the water was warm and refreshing. We got rained on but it was awesome because it was warm rain.

For our second port we were suppose to go to Grand Cayman but because of the weather we switched to Costa Maya. It was a great day of swimming and enjoying the island.

Our last stop was Cozumel, Mexico. We went to Paradise Beach Resort and played on the beach. It was a gorgeous day!

One handsome little preschooler

My not so little boy started preschool. He has been so excited to finally go to school like his big sister. When I went to pick him up the first thing he said to me was " Mom, that was so much fun! " I am just as excited that Gavin started school because that means a little bit of time to myself :)

First Grade

Jayden is officially a full time student. She started 1st grade and is so excited to be back in school. ( Not much as me though ) She told me that she was going to miss being home and being able to do fun things like camp, swim, lagoon, and play with her friends. I told her that even though she started school she will still be able to have fun. Unfortunately summer is coming to an end and the outside activities will become less and less :(

Summer Recap

It has been another great summer full of fun outings and adventures. I am sad that it is coming to an end. Here are some pics of a few things we did this summer.
Lagoon

Minster Family Reunion
If you look really hard you can see tiny things below the airplane. It is candy. The airplane flew over and dropped thousands of candy for the kids. Jayden and Gavin ended up with more candy than they did on Halloween. It was awesome!
